HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER ONLINE?

Sashka Co. accepts most major credit cards and payment processors including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. 

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AND KIND POINTS TOGETHER?

Kind Points (rewards) cannot be used in combination with a discount, sale or promo code.  All discount codes are disabled during a sale or special promotion.

I JUST SUBMITTED AN ORDER; CAN I CHANGE IT?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us below and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Once an order has been fulfilled by our shipping team, we're unable to make any changes to the order. 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time is 1-2 business days before the order is shipped.

ARE ALL BRACELETS EXACT? 

Due to the fact that each bracelet is hand-crafted the bracelet design or color may vary slightly.

 HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE FITS ME?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact Customer Service.

ARE THE BRACELETS SOLD AS A STACK OR AS A SINGLE?

Each bracelet is sold as a single bracelet unless you're purchasing a set of bracelets from our bracelet sets.
